Acting Managing Director

Mr Frank Terranova has extensive global experience in corporate finance and executive management. He held senior roles in a number of organisations including Normandy Mining Limited and Queensland Cotton Limited. He later became Chief Financial Officer and ultimately Managing Director of Allied Gold Mining PLC which was subsequently acquired in 2012. He was Managing Director of Polymetals Mining Limited and lead its transformation through a merger with Southern Cross Goldfields Limited in 2013 and oversaw the combined groups growth and recapitalisation program. He is currently Non Executive Chairman of the following ASX listed companies Targua Gold Limited and Chesser Resources Limited. Mr. Terranova is a Fellow member of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand.

Chief Financial Officer

Mr Parker is an experienced financial and commercial executive with over 25 years of experience both in Australia and Internationally. Mr Parker’s experience includes significant equity and debt raising, M and A, commercial negotiation, planning and strategy development.
Prior to joining Unity, Mr Parker held the role of Chief Financial Officer at ASX listed Discovery Metals Limited. Other previous roles included Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary roles at CH4 Gas Limited, Arrow Energy Limited, Inova Resources Limited and Panax Geothermal Limited.
Mr Parker holds a Bachelor of Business degree, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

General Manager – Discovery & Growth – BSc (Geology), Grad Dip Mineral Economics, MAusIMM, AIG

Mrs Lorrigan began work in gold exploration in the Yilgarn in 1981, and since then has worked in both exploration and mine geology in gold and base metals in the Mt Isa district, New Zealand, NSW and Tasmania. She was the Chief Geologist for Pasminco at Elura Mine and the Cobar District, then Principal Geologist for Zinifex and Manager, Mining Districts Exploration for Zinifex and OZ Minerals. She joined the Company in 2010.
